Let me start by saying that I have not even had a haircut since before the pandemic, let alone any spa services! Paradise Point is the ONLY place I will go. I spoke with the owner before I made my appointment and was reassured that they do everything possible to create a safe environment for their clients. Brand new UV lights go on every night, air purifiers running constantly, and they only get one person in each room per day. If 2020 has taught me anything, it has been to take more care of myself. I have Fibromyalgia, among other major stressors, and I had hit my limit. I needed help relaxing and taking time for myself. The ladies at Paradise Point pampered me beyond what I thought possible AND I wasn't paranoid about my health. THANK YOU!

This is the best place for facial spa. I love the environment of the spa. The spa is super luxury and comfortable. The spa therapist is super experienced. She gave me a lot of tips to keep the beautiful face skin. I also purchased some products from the spa shop. They are amazing skin care. I updated some pictures of my skin after using them. It is a magical changing. I definitely will come back to the shop again. Highly recommended.
This spa experience is the best! My girlfriend and I came for a couple's soak and massage and were greeted warmly at reception with warm slippers. We then proceeded to a waiting room where we were served hot tea as our baths were prepared. The theraputic soak was amazing, and the rose petals in the water were a nice touch- especially for my girl:) After the soak, it got even better with the couple's massage. Nicole, my therapist, was strong and gentle at the same time. She was careful not to further injure my shoulder but was very strong with a deep tissue technique that did wonders for the tightness I was feeling in my back as well as my legs. My girlfriend was very happy with her therapist as well. Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch massage that is romantic as well.
I just did deep cleaning facial for 90 mins. Their staff is super friendly and professional. When I came in, I fell in love with the aroma of natural smell. I even added a deep tissue massage. If felt so relaxing! This spa made my day. I would love to come back again and try their wonderful services. Most Importantly, they have UV lights and an amazing purifier system.
It is my best massage experience since I moved in Chicago. I took a bath in a wood tub with roses. and then I took the Thai massage for one hour. The oil is comfortable and the massage almost put me to sleep. The masseuse is with high skills and knew my requirements. My neck wasn't painful at all when finishing. The masseuse also taught me some skills that I can do daily to relieve my neck pain. Last thing to mention. I like the interior design style and it is a good place to bring friends in.
